Subject: Nice to deal directly with the person in charge
"Due to my work schedule, my wife had to make all arrangements with Red Box / Norbert, who is the owner. He treated my wife with respect and professionalism. When/if you call, Norbert always answered the phone. It was nice to deal directly with the person in charge rather than getting the run around with "quote specialists" with other large movers in the area. As soon as they arrived, they went straight to work and didn't stop. They unloaded our belongings into our new home and everything was in perfect condition. If you are looking for and excellent moving co, look no further than Red Box!"

Subject: They know what they are doing
"They arrived promptly, was easy and friendly to work with, hustled and worked quickly and efficiently. I rented a upack trailer and they were able to minimize the number of feet I used (saving me money) by figuring out how to stack my belongings all the way to the ceiling. If I weren't moving across the country, I would definitely use them again! You can tell they know what they are doing."

Subject: Treated my possessions with care and fast
"Norbert the Owner was GREAT when I had to move my stuff into a storage a few months back. His staff was very friendly, treated my possessions with care and FAST!!! Norbert was right there from start to finish and I couldn't have been happier with the move. Now when I move my stuff out in September he'll be there again to do the great job he did the 1st time. I would recommend Red Box to anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off and wants the job done right the 1st time for a good price!"

"Excellent Service - movers were caring with my stuff and very considerate. A bit late in the morning as the GPS didnt show my address but despite that an excellent experience. Even obeyed the condo rules which are draconian. Norbert is personable and likeable and very good at what he does. We moved from a small condo to a house, with a lot of stuff. They did the beds, and placed everything where we asked them, even when I had to move a large piece twice as I changed my mind. I recommend him highly."

"They moved a 2 bedroom apt. on the third floor. They used the elevator when possible, but did not hesitate to use the stairs as an alternative. Pictures and mirrors were wrapped, and handled with care as was the rest of our furniture. The installation into our new home went smoothly and without incident. I have to repeat how great they were. Do not be afraid to use them. They work steady and fast. Pleasant, well mannered, great communication, great service. They came, did a most professional job, followed through with a few items. I think they are the greatest. I recommend them highly."

Subject: We couldn't have asked for a better experience
"Norbert and his crew moved our entire house (about 1000 SqFt). They came and moved all furniture, boxes and outdoor plants. They also packed our flat screen TV and large pictures with ease. We had them stop at a storage unit as well to pick up stuff we had packed away. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nothing was broken, no walls or floors were scratched in either location and we moved to a 3 floor townhome (which was not an issue for Norbert and his crew). They were great to work with and the work was done in the estimated 7 hours that Norbert had originally given us. We also called the night before the move to let Norbert know that the buyer was coming earlier than we had expected for the final walk-through. Norbert immediately offered to come earlier, which put us at ease."

Subject: I would highly recommend their service
"The Owner and two movers arrived on time and ready to work immediately. They moved all boxes, furniture, and odds and ends with great care. I was convinced we would need to trips, but their packing skills were superb so they were able to make it all fit into one trip. They were great about setting up the beds and moving boxes to where we wanted them in the new home. All workers were very nice, personable, and very willing to help with whatever needed to be done. I would highly recommend their service."

"They moved me from Sunny Isles to Fort Lauderdale. There were 3 workers, one being the owner. They gave me a great quote over the phone. I was there alone, and a woman, and they treated me very well - almost like they were my brothers. They did the work in a timely manner and they treated all of my furniture with great care."

Subject: They were outstanding
"They came exactly when they said they would. They were very professional, courteous, and nice. The owner, Norbert came with Paul. They moved all of the furniture and helped me set up several antique pieces that were transported in parts. Both were exceptionally careful with my belongings. They were there for about 3.5 hours and was worth every cent. Moving can be very stressful; however, these guys were so honest, good and efficient that my stress was significantly reduced. I very, very highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Red Box Moving Company has moved items for me on various occasions. They are so polite and meticulous. They have moved items worth $100,000 into storage for me and did a good job. Their prices were reasonable. It took them about six hours to move a large moving truck full of items from one storage to another. He was responsive to my calls and I was very happy with them."

"After doing my research, I hired Red Box Moving for my move. I called Norbert, business owner/operator, he was very helpful and kind. They arrived on time, in a clean truck and were very professional, polite and extremely hard working. All my furniture was wrapped with moving blankets and properly packed into their truck. They also took great care on protecting my walls and floors. Smart and strong group of men. It was my BEST MOVE I ever had and the price was very reasonable too!
